Meditate throughout the day by constantly pulling the self back to the reality of the moment. Let go of worry and strife and focus instead on the love you carry within. All beings carry love within, even the most hardened of criminals.

Soften the heart for self and other as you return to the reality of the moment, as you return to now and meditate on the breath and the love circulating naturally throughout your being. If you breathe, you love too. It’s that simple. Awaken the calmness of this love within you by staying in the reality of now with the reality of your breath reminding you of your deepest gifts within.

It is time to emerge from the darkness of stagnation and grab onto the light of self as flowing being. It is time to ride the river of energy that now pulses through the atmosphere. Many are riding this river of energy in the wrong direction, against the current, fighting and floundering, creating disturbances and turmoils. The key is to turn in a new direction and flow with the river of energy, using it to take you to new lands of opportunity and plenty.

Set your intent to let the river of energy guide you as you allow yourself to acquiesce to its energy. At the same time, use all of your skills to maneuver your vessel of self forward with awareness and alertness. The river of energy is flowing. Are you ready to ride it?

Ground in self today. Anchor in your physical body. Become the person you admire most as you turn inward and admire the self as your steady vessel through this life. Return to your physical presence throughout the day, letting your body guide your decisions, asking it how it feels and what it wants. Let it guide you along on the river of life today. It will not steer you wrong.

Occupy a new frame of mind today. Volitionally shift away from the usual thoughts, feelings and determinations of self and other. Let light in. Let go of that which you normally bear and bear instead the calming light of no thought, new thought, or pleasant thought. Allow a day of respite by intending it.

Your thoughts create your reality. For one day create a new reality.
