Find your way to balance. With patience, self-discipline, and moderation as your guiding principles seek the Middle Way in all things. It may take some training to get there, but keep in mind that it is the training for a lifetime of measured grace and stability, enjoyment and bliss, calmness and serenity. What would be bad about that! Let the training begin!
