Do you have guidance for us all today?

Do not harbor fears of the unknown as you take your journey, for the unknown is but the next step yet to be revealed, and there is no reason to be afraid. Each step is but your life opening up before you, the unknown becoming real. Accept your journey, all aspects of it. The mysteries of the past, and the mysteries of the future are yours, the parts of you that make you whole. If you own both the known aspects of the self and the unknown aspects of the self, why then do you fear anything? You already have everything inside you. Your journey is but a step-by-step revealing of your truths. Your participation in the journey is all that is necessary. By taking your journey with awareness, and unbiased acceptance of every thing you encounter, is what makes it an evolutionary journey.

In order to truly evolve is it essential that you remain aware of every step along the way as equally important. Pay attention to your fears, for they seek to lead you to your proper destination, pointing out the confrontations you must have in order to stay upon your path. Do not stay attached to the fears in your life, for then do you but remain stuck, and unable to proceed. If you allow fear to take you by the hand, will it lead you into its dark cave alongside your path, and keep you to itself, rather than allow you to progress. Fear wishes to keep you bound to itself, for its own comforts, making you think it is protecting you from your own discomforts, but in reality is it but feeding off your energy. It implies protection, yet is it in fact deceiving you, and keeping you off the evolutionary track.

When fear arises is it a flag, signaling work and challenge ahead. When fear arises is it time to buckle down, and study the self, and figure out why the flag of fear has been raised. It is the moments of fear in your life that present you with your greatest potential to grow.

Tackle fear with the courage and the skills of an evolutionary being. Take upon you the abilities you have been learning, and look at every aspect of that fear from as many different angles as possible. Do not take the conventional road when addressing your fear, for then do you stay upon the route that fear lurks along, and it knows every curve in that route, and every roadside hideout. Be unconventional, and you will trick it, and win at its own game. Fear does not easily give up. It is a sore loser and prefers to win at all costs, so expect it to be tricky, conniving, and relentless.

The energy of now supports fear in its many characteristics, allowing it to stay active, yet hidden. It is working to capture you at this very moment, even though you are not aware of is presence. This energy holds much that is not visible. If you are to use this energy that now circulates, must you remain keenly aware that there are other forces seeking your attention, wishing to draw you from your concentrated work on the self. But most of those forces are but aspects of the self that must be confronted and dismantled. They do not know that you are aware of this. They think you will fall into your old habits and patterns of behavior. They think you are as predictable as ever. But you have now in fact learned that they are not your friends. They do not wish to aid you on your journey, but keep you to themselves for their own needs and desires.

Do not reveal your knowledge, but knock them dead as they approach you. Confront your fears, and your hidden agendas that seek to sabotage your progress; and keep plowing ahead, without them now. You will find that your energy is flowing more easily as a result of your battles against them; that your spirit is enlivened, and your outlook on life fresh and inviting. Continue your progress today. Confront your fears from a new angle. Avoid your old habits, and take on your journey now with new eyes, and new weapons, as you meet your challenges.

This is good for now. Look beyond this one day, to those ahead. Remain focused on the journey, as an evolutionary one, full of opportunity and fraught with change. For that is what you seek, to change!

What’s up with the energy today, and what should we be aware of?

A new turning and aligning is taking place, rousting old vulnerabilities, with the tendency for spitfire retorts, so be aware of your inner conflicts arising to the surface and being presented when you least expect them. Seek to understand what the inner self is trying to say to you as it allows truths to sneak out of you without your permission. Now is a time of uncompromising innocence, so keep that in mind also as you go about your day.

What do you mean by uncompromising innocence?

By that I mean that innocence will not back down, nor should it any more. It will seek to alert you to what you must learn about the self, even though it may be unpleasant, or even life threatening, to life lived as you now know it, which may need to change in order to incorporate your innocence into your life. There will be no backing down now, for innocence must rule in your own life, and in the world. Don’t worry; it will all be good.

Your innocence lies just below the surface of your control. It seeks to alert you often to its presence, though most often do you skirt past it to the big baby, where you prefer to snuggle up with the familiar smells and needs of that aspect of the self. However, the big baby is attached to the ego self and the desires of the world outside of you, and thus is not the true self. But, it is the self who must be examined thoroughly, cleaned up, and put to rest. It is the self who constantly cries out, “What about me? Pay attention to meeee!” That is the big baby ego, the victimized poor me aspect that is exceedingly unattractive and unable to make the evolutionary journey. Unattractive in that it seeks to take over the journey, and is not conducive to growth.

Today you may find the big baby crying out, and your attention will surely be drawn to comfort, treat, and placate this part of the self. But that would be a disaster. Do not identify with this aspect of the self. Or if you find that your vulnerabilities appear to be attacked from outside of you, perhaps by another person, or by events in your life, do not allow this big baby to feel sorry for itself. Shift your attention instead to your adult, aware, and deeply seeking inner self who knows, without a doubt, that identifying with the big baby is big trouble.

As you continue your journey today, be aware that the energy is volatile again, conniving still, and eager to sabotage your progress. It would love nothing more than to capture you in an old place and feed off your baby food. So don’t feed your own big baby. Do not give it a bottle, or any of that mushy baby food, because if you do that you will merely be feeding and attracting the energy that is looking for fodder.

As you encounter your own big baby, or the big baby in others, step away from the mewling and the crying that it uses to entice you to placate it. Step back and use your awareness to question why. Then open up to the truth of your innocence that the big baby is hiding from you. Innocence is pure truth, and pure energy, with no attachments to anything. Innocence plays, for the energetic experience of it, but asks for nothing in return. Innocence seeks connection with the truth of you, and accepts every uncovered aspect of the inner and outer self as it is revealed. Innocence does not judge, nor does it covet, nor expect anything in return. It desires only that you seek acceptance of this aspect of the self, and allow it to become part of your life because it is important for your evolutionary journey.

Do not hide today from your innocence. Do not run and hide from that big baby either. Recognize the big baby, and remember that you are an evolving being. Everything is meaningful, and everything is a necessary encounter in order for you to understand who you are. Give the big baby a pat on the back and send it back into slumber, but take what it has pointed out to you as a message, and know that it is an aspect of the self that must be addressed; not as a baby, but as a seeker of truth.

Allow your innocence to come out now and become part of your process of growth and discovery. When the time is right, you will need to have that innocence available more often. So get to know who that is. As the world changes, will innocence lead the way to join in that changing world and become a life partner, full of guidance and truth.

Now is the beginning of change that involves speaking of truths. Do not allow the old rants of the big baby to continue to rule your life, or the world around you. This energy now upon that Earth does ask you to examine your past habits that have kept your wheels spinning in place. It is time to recognize where the glitches are in your life, and to remember that you have been stuck in them before. Recognize the repeating of patterns, and seek to shift now, with the energy, into a new habit of self-questioning that focuses on change, on trusting of the inner self, and on acknowledging the innocence of that inner self.

Your tendernesses, your vulnerabilities, your pure intentions to grow, and evolve, and be able to live from that inner aspect of the self, rather than the old outer self, are all well-supported now. Even though the energy may throw you into old darkness, do not run from the truth of it, but learn all that you can about the self as you sort your way through your revelations as they are being presented, and take with you only the truths revealed. Put the big baby to rest once it has shown you what you need to know, and then accept your truths, your innocence revealed, and take that with you into the world. See what happens as you allow your innocence to join you on your journey. Only good will result. I guarantee that is the only way to evolve, and it is what the greater world around you needs too. Allow innocence to guide you and show you the way, first to your true self, then to your true place in the world, and then to the truth of the changing world outside of you. It isn’t easy, but it is going to be worth it.

What is your message about today?

I am not inclined to go too far from my recent missives, to remain cognizant of the surrounding energy, but also to keep your focus inward. The outside energy will seek you as luscious fodder, for that is its habit, and its delight, but if you remain inward turned will your back be less appealing than the tastiness of your vulnerable heart. Continue to allow your self to explore your inner needs and desires. Find the direction you must now take in your life, for this is a time of change, and it does call for all upon that earth to wake up and make some very heart-felt decisions that will exert power in the world. By this I mean that your energetic change within the self, and in your own world, will have effect outside of you.

In order for change to happen, however, must you remain aware of what is going on outside of you, and how it is affecting you on the inside. Your inner journey must remain the main focus, even as you are pulled outward by the dramas of the world around you. The energy will seek to feed off you, but that does not mean you should step out of your inner sanctuary and wave at it, or call it to you. Do not tease that energy that now seeks sustenance. It is not the playful kind, but instead is it volatile, hungry energy that will knock you off your feet if you allow it to get too close.

Ward it off by remaining innerly focused, but be aware, at all times, of its presence. Remind your self often to turn inward, and contemplate and investigate your inner questions, even if they at first appear to be outer questions related to that energy and the potential it has to wreak havoc in the world. Turn from the negative power of it, and become inwardly focused on your inner dilemmas, for only there will you be able to solve the riddles and the problems in your life. You carry within you all the solutions, all the answers, and all the responses that you need to grow and evolve.

The outside energy is present to aid you as you do your inner work. Keep focused on that and you will do well. And don’t forget that, the way to engage the outer world is with meaningful resonance coming from deeply inside your core, finding it as you do your inner work, and then testing it in the world outside you, as you seek to find the true meaning for your life. In order to do this must you recognize the negative, hungry energy, slip past it, avoiding its feasting eyes, and eager lips; and swiftly skirting past it, seek only energetic convergence now that is right for you. This involves seeking resonance in all aspects of your life, not only in your relationships, and your jobs, but with everything you encounter, from the food you put into your body, to the books you read, to the way you drive, the means by which you determine your days’ activities, and who you choose to interact with, and in what manner you speak, think, feel, and act. All aspects of the self, and the life you live, should now come around to involvement in your greater journey, your heart-centered journey of Self, and of Evolution.

So when seeking resonance, do so not only to avoid the intensity of the outside energy that is not conducive to growth, but do so for the right reasons; for growth, and change. Make your choices for the reasons that truly matter. And in this way will you begin to notice that you are not as drawn to the negative energy, but that you automatically begin to seek out resonant energy, because it is the only thing that feels right. Trust your feelings about the energy more often now. Test them, and you will find that turning inward becomes so natural that what is going on in the outside world slinks away from you as you become less tasty to it, and your own centeredness becomes a staunch barrier to its seeking of easy prey.

In this manner of seeking resonant energy, by focusing always on your inner right knowing, and right action, will you discover your way in life, with true inner resonance as not only your guide, but your intuitive, knowing partner, acting upon it without question. As you become more centered, and as you seek your true place in that world, will you understand how the energy outside of you truly works for its own sake, but also for yours, if you know how to use it.

This is good for now. Watch your energy, keeping it close to you in your heart-center, in the palms of your cupped hands, warmly close to you, protecting it, as you notice what comes calling for it, wanting its tasty morsel upon its platter. Keep it to your self!

Personally, I noticed that Friday’s energy was absurdly misaligned. I felt it internally, but also noticed it outside of me; nothing felt quite right. I don’t think you mentioned anything unusual, but I felt it greatly, and I know it affected a lot of people. It seemed to continue into Saturday, but by Sunday it was finally much calmer. What was that all about?

Jan, there are constantly shifts taking place, and often a glitch will appear, catch, and hold; a retrospective spinning takes place, and nothing moves, almost as if wheels are spinning in place, and that is what happened. During such times, is it possible to grasp truths as they are revealed, though often people get caught up in the drama of such times. When a glitch happens is there both the opportunity and the possibility for great shift to take place.

Energetically is such misalignment, as you called it and felt, an opportunity to glimpse something previously hidden from view. It is a time of clarity, while also a time of restraint as the world stops, as if standing still; and in those moments, or hours, is there opportunity for just about anything to happen. It is a time fraught with evolutionary possibility, and those who succeed in accessing that energy for growth will learn quite a lot.

Personally, I gained some good clarity, but it also became clear that the energy affected a lot of people, both tragically and frighteningly. It was also a harassing and annoying energy; at least that’s how I experienced it.

Yes, it does involve all of those responses, as it is an energy of abrupt shift; stalling, spinning energy that is better observed, rather than engaged, if one is not prepared or knowledgeable about how energy works. But more importantly, is it an energy of change that offers one the opportunity for a great shift if one is aware.

Well, what can we look forward to now?

Take with you the lessons of that energy into the coming days. For even though I urge upon you all a new balance of greater awareness and participation in the world as an evolutionary spirit worker, while still working on the deeper issues of the self, so must you always juggle the energy that approaches. It is forever circulating. So that energy of the past few days will return, but not for a while yet. Expect it quarterly, in a few months time. Sometimes it is of longer duration, and sometimes but a blip on the screen of life. Now as you refocus on your life, the meaning of it, and the direction you are choosing, so also remain cognizant of your vulnerability to the energy outside of you. It does affect you, and it can infiltrate your inner field and catch you off guard.

Be aware that you have emerged now from the clutches of that energy as you have been doing your inner work. Each day, as you do your truth-seeking self work, your inner work, do you emerge from the malaise and the haze of outside energy, replacing it with your own energy, in alignment with your spirit. It is possible to siphon off only the energy from outside of you that is useful, and leave the rest to seek other energetic resting. If you remain innerly focused, is it possible to not only deflect the energy of times of glitch, but to gain new energy from its powerful whirlwind. For it does generate tremendous build up of energy that must be released when the glitch time has passed. You may have experienced the glitch, but you may have also experienced the end of it, as it finally caught up with itself, and energetically closed the door it had opened, and sped off with a burst of speed, slipping, and sliding in its own eagerness to catch up to itself.

Can you elaborate on that glitch a little more?

It is a spinning-in-place energy that exerts such force that veils are blown aside, doors pushed open, and revelations presented, glimpses offered; and the opportunity to slip through the energetic window that opens is possible. It is a time of intensity without direction, and a tendency to get lost in the energy is most often the case, because although awareness is keen, you may not recognize the danger of such time of glitch in the energetic framework.

Wow, I just remembered, we were watching “The Matrix” on Friday night when I felt the greatest intensity of that energy, a movie full of glitches, veils, illusions, and realities revealed. An interesting synchronicity.

Such times offer an opportunity to learn more about how energy works. It is not always flowing, nor is it always readily discernible. More often than not is it tricky and conniving, for it seeks new energy to sustain it, yet is it also essential to life. But your inner journey must always be the focus. No matter what happens around you must your questioning always return to: What does this mean for an evolutionary spirit journey?

Detach from getting caught in the drama, and focus always on the journey, for that is where your energy and your attention must remain. Did you find out something important about your self during that time of glitch? Did you do the inner work that we talked about last week, even though the energy outside of you sought to suck you into its intensity? Or did you throw it off, and stay steady? A little bit of both?

It doesn’t matter what happened, except in the context of now. What will you do now? What is your next move? Step onward now, into a new energetic time zone, and accept your responsibilities to remain on a path of growth. Keep aware of the energy. Try to feel it outside of you often, and allow your instinctual reading of it to guide you more often now. You can do it. It isn’t that hard. Trust your instincts. Allow your inner knowing to guide you. See what happens next to aid you on your journey. Pretty exciting, isn’t it?

Do you have a message for us today?

What do you want to do with your lives? All You Readers of My Messages, now is the time to not only consider that question, but make a decision that is progressive and energetically conducive to the times. There are many jobs waiting to be done upon that Earth that are necessary in order to bring together the seekers, and create a new meaning of life upon that Earth.

Existence upon that plane must now take on a new meaning overall in order for evolutionary growth to continue. Are you a figure of this new awareness that is so necessary? Do not fall for the rhetoric that separates and disguises the truth. Do not hide behind one doctrine or another. Do not use revolution, or disaster, to compensate for the true spirit desire for growth.

These times need change, but that change must come from the underlying truth of all human beings; that you are all energy first, that you are all spirit grounded, and that your time there upon that Earth is limited, and meant to be used for evolutionary purposes.

Continue to discover the inner truths of the self, but now make a more concerted effort to discover how you will use your energy on a daily basis. Think: I am energy first. I must feed and strengthen my energetic persona, and allow it to grow now, in this lifetime. I must discover the true self, who is now, and I must discover my collective self, my past lives; and with knowledge of my journey seek to find the way to conclude this passage upon Earth, so that I may evolve. My time here is limited. Am I doing the work I need to do in order to go on to new life when I am done here, when my body is done? I must keep my spirit constantly nurtured and balanced, and allow for expression of that spirit, so that it is offered the opportunity to lead me into new life.

These are the ideas behind evolutionary growth, My Dears. Keep in mind that life upon that Earth is for learning about energy, and about truth, and for understanding how to evolve, and how to move on to the next level of awareness. In my own case upon that Earth was I last Jeanne Marie Ketchel, and I gained awareness of energetic possibilities while there. I was allowed the opportunity to concentrate upon my energy body with the support of my beloved Chuck, and the strength of the universe behind me. Everything was lined up for me to do so, and I knew it was all I had left to do, though I sought much time upon that Earth in order to learn as much as possible before I left. This process did prepare me for continued evolution. I have not ceased my growth, but have evolved beyond, several levels now, achieving greater awareness, and learning many new things. I have teachers and guides always available to me. Keep in mind that once the evolutionary track is selected is there great support for you to have the opportunity to continue.

If you have chosen this track, now must you use the energy available to expand your awareness beyond your self. This is called for now during this time of crumbling, and earthbound demise. Not only is this a time of individual evolution, with great potential for the individual to grow, but it is a time of necessity for the entire planet to raise awareness of spirit potential.

Problems upon that Earth can be solved with a new awareness, a shift in perspective, and an acknowledgment of what spirit energy really is, and really means for the entire population of that world. There is such potential waiting to be unleashed. Can you find a way to unleash it? First in your own life, and then by example, and by following the signs, allowing your own true spirit to become involved in a worldwide effort of awakening?

This is the challenge I must pose now, over and over again. For without participation in this energetic possibility, from those who are aware and alert, is there concern that this awakening will not have the desired effect. My companions and I do not intend to stop our efforts. There is now a grand connection that is so interconnected that the end is in sight, with the possibility for an explosion of awareness. But it does now need more daring; from those of you who are part of this web of connectedness with us, to speak out, act out, and be spirit first.

Continue your inner work, but be aware of the larger awareness that is brewing and stewing, and don’t be afraid to speak out about your experiences of this great pot of awareness that is waiting to be tested and tasted. Find your connection, and use it to the greatest advantage, for your self, and for those in your nearness, by your example and your deeds. Oh, and welcome to the group! And thank you for all of your efforts. They are noticed, and eagerly appreciated and taken in to the greater awareness. Energy is the key to everything. Don’t be afraid to use it!
