When the light comes in the darkness disappears.
When the darkness disappears so do the fears.
When the fears go so do the worries.
When the worries go so do the attachments.
When the attachments go so do the needs.
When the needs go, then you are free.
And when you are free there is no difference between the light and the dark, they are equal.
Is it time to let the light in?

Let not old sorrows and grievances keep you from moving on when the time is right. To stay behind for the wrong reasons confounds life no end. Moving on comes when the time is ripe for new adventures, and staying then only makes matters worse. The light of each new day shines upon all, the light of the sun knows no bounds, the light offers itself to everyone. No matter the circumstances you find yourself in, there is always a way out. Follow and use the light of each new day to find your way. Let the light in, and see what happens.

Containment. The times call for containment, restraint, holding back that which desires to leap forth. It is not leaping forth time. It is the time of containment. It is time to close the eyes and draw inward to contemplation and inner vision. In this manner encircle the self, protect the self, engage the self in the greatest challenge there is, facing the truths of the self, directly, within. Eventually containment brings contentment. Contentment brings peace. Peace brings love. Love is all that matters.

The truth will set you free. And what is that truth? It is the truth of all that you keep hidden from yourself, all that lies behind your thoughts about yourself and the actions you take every day to remain in denial. End denial, arrive at truth. That means going through the pain of confrontation and reconciliation as you seek to know yourself on ever-deepening levels. And in the end, you will not only be free but have a pretty good companion to roam freely with—your liberated self!
