Gather within all your hopes and dreams of a peaceful nation and allow them to be nurtured by your heart centered goodness. Sustain them with your kindness and compassion. One day they will reach maturity; their time will have arrived and peace on Earth will be the norm. Do not lose hope nor faith in humankind, for it is the ultimate goal of the greater good and of the good in residence now, who know that the story is not over, that there is so much more to look forward to and to share with others. Out of the shards of despair and destruction a new and beautiful world will emerge. Keep all this in your heart as you begin that reconstruction now, within yourself. Stay positive, loving, and kind, no matter what happens.
