Take care of the self. Even in the busiest and most stressful of times it is wise to give the self permission to rest and get calm, innerly and outerly. Too much stress wreaks havoc on mind, body, and spirit and when all is depleted momentum is lost and progress slows. Give the self the gift of serenity. Find sanctuary in simply being you!
