Our Daily Soulbytes are channeled messages posted early in the morning. They are meant as support and helpful guidance for navigating life’s many twists and turns. We encourage all of our readers to feel the energy of each day themselves and to make responsible choices and decisions.
Remain aware of the bigger journey though you may have to stop and tend to things along the way. Each day is filled with the potential of the entire journey, the energy contained in a moment enough to complete what is necessary. But do not get lost in a day’s work or a day’s mood but stay attuned to what comes next, aware of its potential and possibility to take you deeper and further on your journey to wholeness, for is that not what it’s all about?

Stay grounded and present, aware of how you treat yourself, your body self, your emotional self, your thinking self. Keep negative thoughts at bay. Let positive thoughts ride in on the waves of time as you stand grounded in knowing that you are enough, you are all you need, and that you are capable of doing what needs to be done. Take life one day at a time, but know that all the days of your life are like a string of pearls, each day as important as the whole. And so, even as you live today in full consciousness, don’t forget to envision a bigger picture for yourself, beyond just this one day.

A tree does not grow well in infertile soil. A stream does not flow if not constantly replenished. A mind does not change its thoughts if not fed new ideas. A constant tending, nurturing, and stimulation are necessary for life to be sustained with any measure of success. Keep the self always in tiptop shape, within and without, and life will grant you its fullness in equal measure. Life, it’s what you choose to make it. You get what you give.

Before there is resolution without there must first be resolution within. Before there is calmness without there must be calmness within. Before there is gentleness without there must be gentleness within, for the world without reflects what lives within. For conflict without to be resolved therefore, conflict within must first be resolved. There is no need to look far for the answers, for the answers lie within. You are the container and the contained, bearing all that you need. You are all you need for change to happen, for you are the change maker, the light bringer, and the love bearer too. The changing times need your light and your love. Don’t be afraid to let them out.
