The human self has wants and desires but so does the spiritual self. It is when their wants and desires are in alignment that real progress is made. Achieving such alignment requires more than deciding on a course of action and sticking to a plan. There is a lot of give and take, a playing out that occurs as the two parts of the self duel it out. Eventually alignment may occur, but often this does not happen until the heart is brought on line, allowed to speak over the dictates of the head, making clear your true wants and desires.
Let your heart speak to you today so that human self and spiritual self may finally align and your journey proceed from a new place of loving contentment in knowing that at last you are getting it right. Now that’s progress!

Like the phases of the moon all beings go through phases of growth and change, sometimes shining brightly and sometimes receding from sight, each phase equally powerful and necessary.
