Stay grounded and present, aware of how you treat yourself, your body self, your emotional self, your thinking self. Keep negative thoughts at bay. Let positive thoughts ride in on the waves of time as you stand grounded in knowing that you are enough, you are all you need, and that you are capable of doing what needs to be done. Take life one day at a time, but know that all the days of your life are like a string of pearls, each day as important as the whole. And so, even as you live today in full consciousness, don’t forget to envision a bigger picture for yourself, beyond just this one day.
