Mind plays tricks, body never does. Body is honest and like Mother Earth offers the means to nurture and sustain you if taken care of, if nurtured and sustained properly in return. Love your own body as you love Mother Earth. Care for it as you do Mother Earth. Desire its sustained beauty and life for as long as you inhabit it, just as you do the Earth, and prepare your mind to accept its eventual leaving. The mind, an inhabitant of the body, is like a wild animal roaming the Earth, a foreign entity taking and leaving, but is it conscious of what it does? Align body with Mother Earth, with nature. Be in your body and in the Tao of nature, part of all that is visible and invisible, and see what happens. You might be surprised!
