What are you thinking? What are you telling yourself? What words are you using to describe yourself? Can you find some other thoughts to focus on, something more profound? Can you use different words, say something more positive, appealing, and provocative perhaps? Can you tell yourself a new story, give it a magical spin? Words and thoughts have power, but so do you. Use different words and thoughts today. Change them and change your attitude, your outlook, and your prognosis. Listen to yourself. If you don’t like what you hear, say something else. If you don’t like what you’re thinking, think something else. Change can be that simple!
