Sun and moon energy are both inside you, the two sides of the self, the light and the dark, the known and the unknown. Sometimes the only thing that’s needed in order to shift is a little laughter, a little sunlight, especially if there has been too much moon. It offers release and helps the mind and the mood to turn away from the sticky loops of desire and habit that so often take over.
