Notice how you react to what is happening outside of yourself, in the greater world and in your own intimate world too. What do your reactions signify? Are you offended? Afraid? Satisfied? Bored? If you go to your heart, what reaction do you have then? Perhaps it’s time to get out of your head and begin thinking with your heart instead. Stay on your path of heart no matter what happens outside of you. Do the heart’s bidding. Seek with your heart, react with your heart, stay heart centered. Go with your heart’s guidance. Path of heart! Go there!
